Air Condition is close to the bad Breakfast was poor

How professional and helpful the staff was and the locations plenty stores and restaurant.

Didn't like the car service that was provided by front desk.

The bed was confortable, breakfast was ok.

I don have dislikes

Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet.

AC was ac wall unit that blew directly on one side of the bed. The room was warm and humid when we arrived and took a long time to cool down. Bed was a little soft and lumpy.

Even though it was non-smoking, it had a lingering odor.

Clean facilities, courteous staff, early check in, late check out allowed, near supermarket, pharmacy, fast food and restaurants. Big pool and hot tub.

Brakfast could be better. But lots of bacon.

The hotel was clean and easy to access from the turnpike. There were shops and restaurants nearby, including a publix and a starbucks, super convenient. The room had a small kitchen area with a fridge and microwave. The staff was excellent, especially when they quickly switched my room after a minor issue.

Very friendly and attentive staff at the front desk. Comfort and amenities were perfectly fine. It was clean enough.

The walls were paper thin. There was a group talking very loudly at 2 am and I could hear every word. I called the front desk to see if I could switch rooms, but none were available. I could still hear the group even after a staff member asked them to be quiet. I really think it was the walls being thin, not the group talking unreasonably loud. The cleaning staff was very eager in the morning. They tried to enter my room twice at 9 am (I was showering and getting ready) but were stopped by the dead bolt. I didn't hear them knock either time.

The staff was courteous, the rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable.

We enjoyed the spacious Queen Suite with a kitchenette and a clean pool area. Everything was super accessible.
